Watermelon Thandai

Ingredients
• Watermelon Crush – 30 ml. • Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves – 6 to 8 • Fennel seeds – ½ teaspoon • Black pepper – a pinch • Milk – 100ml • Ice – as needed
Instructions
1. Blend the watermelon, tulsi leaves, fennel seeds, black pepper, together until smooth.
2. Add a little milk and blend again to combine.
3. Pour into a glass with ice.
4. Garnish with a tulsi leaf and serve chilled.
